  • @schumachergirl1956.... I always though of Phil as the cute, cuddly, have over for dinner with the family, kind of guy.Don seemed like the wild, hot, sexy, can't let Daddy meet this one, fellow....but to have a favorite ? Just couldn"t......it takes them both to be the Everly brothers.I think their differances was a great part of their appeal...and of course those voices and the sweetest harmony I ever heard.. Will love them both forever!!!

  • In 58 I was in Jacksonville Fl due to my Father' s job. It was a bad time for my family. He had lost employment in our hometown. jobs were scare as they are now. He found one in FL. Bad memories, but some good. The EB' s were strong. Serveral hits. But Dream was for me the biggest. A young girl by the name of Jean Arnold made me keep beleiving in who I was and am. This girl kept me going. Jean it' s been 52 years but, I still remember. Thank you for caring.

  • @starr522 do u stll keep in touch with her?

  • @AngryScotProductions Sadly, after 1959 I have never seen her again.

  • love it..RWB

  • These guys are the greatest harmony singers the world has ever seen. Just listen to Lennon and McCartney sing and they are trying to emulate the beauty of the Everlys. Amazingly beautiful.

  • Very nice performance.

    Many many *******

    Friendly greetings,

    Michael

  • I find it interesting the way Don would look into Phil's eyes in this plaintive ballad.

It was almost as if he were singing to his brother.

  • When singing harmonies you have to look at your partner for the sake of timing, especially material so intricate as their music. The Everly's are the best, and the frontrunners in that field for all time.

  • i love this song i think its their best but couldnt help noticing it wasnt heartfelt

  • I could have written this comment myself, it is exactly what I felt...actually it makes me sad. Check Mina Mazzini singing Amor Mio here on YouTube. Now that's what I call heartfelt.

  • I love this one. Thanks, padrusek. 5*****

  • I love this song...........high school days memories. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you for posting...one of my favorite Everly Brothers songs!

  • @Swan1947 They are awesome. Just watch how much they get into the music. That makes a good artist better,a singer true to his song and a musician promising of his chords.
