Caro Gio, Io rispetto la tua opinione e le critiche sono benvenute soprattutto che sono stato sempre cosciente che il serbatoio è troppo piccolo per i bisogni dei miei grandi pesci e anche ho sempre detto questo. Ma nella vita non si può fare tutto alla perfezione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto un acquario di 1000 - 2000 litri, ma a quel tempo così ho potuto fare con grandi sforzi a tutti i livelli. Io non sono 100% per il sovraffollamento dell'acquario , ma cosiddetto "overstocking" ha dato risultati
what sort of filter/s and media are you using christian and have you got a sump....?
also...(lols,,,sorry I'm asking alot of questions now)....are you using a nitrate remover or undertaking big water changes on aregular basis.....and what are you feeding them?
it s not a very big tank speaking in terms of big malawian haps..only 720 litres of water< 200 cm L x 60 cm l x 60cm H..i don t know for sure what means in ft or gallons but you could transform them using internet
...it s a glass tank..
i m very glad that i ve managed to create a place for my beloved haps almost like there , in Malawi Lake..
as i saw, your tanks are filled with some great specimens...love them....i saw big Buccochromis, Aristochromis, Dimidiochromis etc..love them! Buccochromis was on my wish list too, but i didn t find it to buy

Its magnificent...truly amazing....and so much the better for being a biotope......... :)
can you tell me....what's the size of the tank....it looks like 10ft x 3ft x 3ft??
or is bigger maybe?
...and is it acrylic or glass??

wow super gorgeous! ... there seems to be alot of fish in that tank .. is that what is called "over stocking " to spread aggression?

yes, it could say "over stocking"..around 40 fishes are in there, and it s peace all the time..no agression reports..
