Making tires roll up a gradual incline for something less than a half turn is actually not difficult if you put extra weight inside the top of the tire before bumping it.

Its animated. If you cant see it you are blind. No spin can travel DOWN on the other tire and Up again through that gripping rubber. And nothing stays still that long uphill. Loads of other small details too. Nuff said.

the tyres go UP the plank due to spin created by the first tyre which is then transfered to the next. ect

just as the camera moves away the tyred begin to roll back down the plank

think of spin shots from snooker and pool.
