Did you all see the deleted scenes from Scar? Lee does talk about settling down and having kids someday, right before his and Kara's disasterous makeout scene. That's my alt ending for them in my head...that instead of her disappearing they explore Earth together and have babies.
Wow, this song fits them so perfectly! From the title, I thought it had the potential to be cheesy but it really wasn't. I love the thoughtfulness and humor in the editing (Tiny, little boat!) It's nice to see a happy pilots video, it reminded me what a good relationship this could be if they were allowed to stop angsting. Oh, PILOTS. Thanks for putting this together! It's really great work. :)
The more I watch this, the better it becomes. The timing of the clips at the VP election party near the beginning are exceptional (and Lee's face at 0.11 is my favorite!.
The clips from about 0:37 (upon Kara's return from Caprica) suit the lyrics really cleverly. The same with Lee shouting at 1.24. (Same with his expression at 1.30, ^^; *blush*)
Just over-all, a really quality, clever, funny vid. I wish they were all this good!
I usually hate upbeat vids but this was perfect! The scenes went so perfect with the song, it was great. It was so perfect that "I wanna have your babies" didn't seem cheesy since the rest of the song really made you go YEAH! Awesome!
Really enjoyed this, unusual song choice but it works really well here, well done :)
