Don't take my word on it but i think the B23-7 is going to a place around Colima, México. The small Mexican flag on the nose gave it away. Peña Colorada seems to be the name for a mine in that location and i bet NREX is just the reporting mark it's under for its shipment south.

@UPDetector Thanks, Ryan. I heard on the scanner this would have a NREX on it, had no idea if it would be something crappy or good, but I make sure to always check out anything coming out of there.
