You're pretty stupid dude. Working the pads is to increase accuracy and improve combinations. He's also wearing heavy gloves in this exercise which slows down punches. I'd bet a weeks pay any one of those punches would knock you the fuck out.

His chin isnt too good, he was down from Gannon, Bouncer and chico, none of whom could punch. If Mercer had landed one shot before kimbo went for the takedown then kimbo would have been out. It doesnt look as if he can punch either.

Anyways, the fight with Gannon was just as one sided as Mercer vs Kimbo when it came to MMA- One truly had the knowledge, the other expected to stand up and punch the entire time.
