I'm playing really since 2.5 years, after 20 years without touching a guitar because of a very bad problem in the left hand. Thus, it was said to me that playing guitar was quite impossible with a central and peripherical polynevritis following my chemotherapies on 2001 and 2002. Being dentist was not possible anymore, how would it be possible to play guitar?

Well, a similar thing was said about Bruce Lee when he became hospitatlized, but he was back and kicking before long. His love of martial arts willed him to pursue it again, just like your love of the guitar probably willed you to play again. Hope your hand has recovered at least somewhat by now.
