I thing playstation will always be better in every way because we have more experience than microsoft. Microsoft is a software company and should stay that way. Microsoft is very good at software. Forza is = to GT3 at its best its many years behind GT5, while Forza is a great racer in its own and a great game for the XBox. I bought a PS3 for GT5 thats how awsome this game is. I had Forza 3 and sold my XBox for a PS3 so I could get GT5 :).

I got into racing with Gran Turismo and loved GT3 and 4. But when GT5 failed to come out soon enough, I converted to Forza and played and enjoyed FM2 and 3. But now looking at how far GT has come, I am proud to say that I was a GT racer first before Forza.

Even with some of the cut backs, this game is still very damn impressive. I'm glad with all the improvements, especially with the exotics and damage effects as I found those a bit lacking in GT4. Damn, GT5 is gonna be a helluva game.

Hey the more hype they have to satisfy the longer this goes on. People will understandably be a little on the unrealistic side with their expectations because... what has all the extra time in delays been used for??

I know I DON'T want to be able to lap the nurburg in 7:15s with a viper srt10 convertible without even trying like in GT4 cuz that's just nonsense and not true to life. - fix all these little types of details (killer graphics & cars variety etc is an obvious must ) and its all good.

Who told in march they showed what was really done at that particular time? "I think I could expect more at that point. Most other racing sims I've seen out there nowadays have frame deformation, aerodynamics breakage as well as crumple." but all those litlle console games (from EA and Codies) don't have the same magnitude as Gran Turismo. And you have nothing to complain about since dynamic weather, day/night cycles, damage, advanced physics etc are in. That's why it took so long

I bought a PS3 recently and in no time at all went through countless titles and never enjoyed any of them. I even, shamefully, bought games like Grid, NFS Shift (I know, I know!) and the like.

Last week I traded said PS3 in and bought a PS2 to play my mint condition copy of GT4 on. That'll keep me going until November.

Most game developers are so horny for a release date they cut corners just to get it out in time. Polyphony just let it take the time it takes, but after a lot of complaining they had to give in and release a game with some premium cars and some regular cars (regular cars still being 10x better than anything seen before).

well all can say is that i was a die hard GT fan but honestly im more than fedup with the delays. and i seriously doubt that when GT is released its miles ahead of forza (which by that time forza 4 maybie released and get a one up on GT)
