Looks like a AVC H.264 file. Try downloading a simple software called TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTOR (Search Google) and then obtain a crack from 'Cracks AM' (Search Google again). Convert the file to avi(Xvid/Divx) or vob (for burning DVD). May be the 'Grey matter' can be removed.
