SOME OF THE STREAMERS THAT I HAVE WATCHED OF RK HAVE BEEN INFORMATIVE IT'S VERY INSPIRATIONAL AND POSITIVE FOCUSED I'VE NEVER TRIED SOME OF THE TECHNIQUES BUT I PLAN TO GO TO ANY FUTURE SEMINARS THAT RICH DAD MAY POST IN THE FUTURE A LOT OF THE CLASSES NOW ARE ON LINE I GET E-MAILS ALL THE TIME TO SIGN UP OF COURSE WITH A FEE ?!!!
Why does kiyosaki relish the fact that he makes more money than people smarter than him? And that he was able to commit fraud against the banks with them none the wiser? He really inspired me but the more i watch of him the more i doubt...
Robert should have given him CASHFLOW 101. This amazing game changed my life. Also, I recommend Financial IQ. These are by far the best lessons, but you will receive flack from the LOSERS who don't understand how to read a financial statement. I'm blessed to have learned from Robert. Aloha from a Kiyosaki fan in San Francisco!
RK didn't make any money until he got involved with MLM and began selling his books at MLM meetings. Then he took off. He made most of his money on seminars and books, NOT doing what he advises in them.
Yeah, "Conservatives" just default on the national debt. Nothing conservative about the people that call themselves conservatives anymore. Just a bunch of brownshirt fascists. Hardly any worse though than the communists that call themselve Democrats.
Kiyosaki is a disgusting clown, a venal peddlar of lies and easy dreams. He also comes across as a barely-educated, semi-literate charlatan.
Serin is a fool, a lazy, greedy fool who was suckered by these real estate gurus and charlatans in a classic housing bubble.
Postcript: Casey is now divorced, all his properties sold short or foreclosed on, and at last report he was living in a residence hotel or fled to Australia, depending on which blog you read.
Yea, Robert made it clear he LIED and scammed lenders and only got lucky. Now he sells books??!!! This is like cheating someone, making money, then selling a book and not mention the cheating and you can't even "cheat" now (lending process much harder, of course). This guy goes in the FRAUD category. same with trump.
Thys guy do the things that 90% of people will never understand because they are so scared,5 years ago i was 90.000 in debt but i got it all back and a lot more ,and not with a job,i believe this guy also got it all back. Its not so scared being in debt,i was thinking who cares,20.000 or 25.000 in debt who is the difference?whatch this video every day and wen it stops you from doing what you are doing, for example starting a business or investing, then business its not for you.
I porsonaly belive thet Robert is a big froud. He is making way more money by selling his shit to you people then he makes in his real estate deals. I fell sorry for the brain washed kid on this video. poor guy
got over his head in debit, And Robert sais,
"well at leats your reading books and going to seminars". What a dick Robert is, that is how he got in this mess in the first place,
I mean 2 M.dollars, the problen is not Robert, this things happen when you try to invest without investing skills, you need education and then you can take aktion, and not action and education at the same time especially when you play with big numbers.
I recomend this to young people, finish school and in your free time educate yourself in business and investing.I came from a family of entrepeneurs,i was told to have also a plan B in life
This kid is now 2 million in the hole, with the feds looking into his tactics. Forced to sell properties and let the others foreclose on him, he is not sitting pretty anymore
Unfortunately, the (F)ucking (B)oneheads and (I)diots never did a thing. They had a conviction basically gift wrapped on Snowflake and they let it go. Notice how there are very few bank robberies any longer. Why stick a gun in a teller's face, for a couple grand and risk 25 years in prison, when you can steal hundreds of thousands or even millions with a pen. What a screwed country we live in.
I can't believe the way he is dressed in this video. I am having a hard time taking him serious with that Elvis Jacket. Not appropriate for a man his age.
Oh my gosh, this guy baffles me with his utter stupidity. And I officially cannot abide by someone like Mr. Kiyosaki, who'd put a fool like Mr. Serin on his show. *ugh, and double ugh*
Casey did not make mistakes. He committed fraud, knowingly and with intent. He (at a minimum) lied on his loan applications repeatedly in multiple places (stated income, that the house would be his primary residence, etc.). He lied with the intent of getting money from lenders that he knew would not have otherwise lent money to him. This is fraud folks. Not a mistake.
It seems like, in this day and age when banks look at every detail in your life, before they choose (or not) to lend money to customers; that these banks were willing participants in the many instances of fraud that this 24 year-old kid committed. How on heaven's earth, does any person that age have the ability to "defraud" these banks, unless someone put up the collateral for him? I smell a dead fish somewhere.
listening to some of the idiots posting trash here is fascinating, but i guess it proves much of what kiyosaki teaches. most people are idiots who try to drag down people who do things with integrity. kiyosaki has never suggested people do things illegaly, and if they would actually listen to what he says in the video they'd realize that he certainly doesn't here, and in fact continually recommends doing things honestly and with integrity.
Search Google deep enough you find dirt (real and fake) on everyone who succeeds in life. What dirt are you hiding? Unfortunately successful people typically trail a gaggle of scoffers and slanderers who have nothing better to do.
So, live your life trashing legitimate leaders, and I'll listen, examine, and follow their advice when appropriate. We'll see in a couple years who's the real moron...
If you believe everything that you google then you believe in the Easter Bunny too right? or big foot? What about the news media, I bet you watch the news and then talk about the stuff thats on there as if it where fact. Whats your financial situation? You seem broke mentally!
You have a point there, GeneralSunTzu. Never has it been considered admissible, when information is found online, because it is so difficult to determine what is true and what isn't. As a matter of fact, while I was in college, I do not remember a time when I could use an online article (unless it was a legitimate periodical) to back-up statements I made on my term papers.
So there, you have it. No child his age should have the ability to become a "real estate mogul", because emotionally, he has not developed the maturity to handle a complex business situation such as the ones that he has made! Unbelievable, how he seemed to be able to defraud the super-security-oriented banks. Their stupidity should not constitute a liability on our part, but we will be the ones left holding the bag, won't we?
I don't see what age has to do with anything. And you become a " real estate mogul" by making big mistakes! Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream! That means just because the going gets tough you don't quit! If you let your fear of looking stupid keep you from chasing your dreams, and you allow a negative mental attitude to attract other negatives into your life, don't worry there will always be a safe secure job waiting for you somewhere!
I personally think that it is awesome that this young man went ahead and took action to accomplish his goals. What kind of action are you people taking to get ahead? Other than being a critic of the men and women in the arena, covered with blood and sweat!
Those two Realtor bitches in the video expect half of any of Caseys future profits, and rights to his book deal because they bought him lunch. Vultures are what those 2 bitches are.
I worked with Casey for a few months at a dot bomb company out of Sacramento, he's a really sharp guy and I'm sure he'll figure out a way out of this.
I'm in the process of purchasing a new townhome right now for myself, roommates will be paying more than half of the mortgage, and money previously used for rent will now be going into an asset helping to build credit, and making my money work for me, maybe even leading to a hobby in real estate investing.
This whole thing was probably a pre-planned publicity scheme from the start. It was probably sponsored by the "Rich Dad" author and a group like him, who were trying to increase visibility for their books and products. I smell a rat.
Kiyosaki is dangerous. He makes his money after the seminars and books not off real estate. Casey shows the difference between been in debt with assets and been in debt without assets. As long as he owns some of those houses he has a shot to come out of this in the long.
i like the way he bought a property for 100k when his only 19!! damN!!! most of all i like the way he face his mistakes, i mean hes already in debt keep paying mortgages.. $2.1M and hes still lives! i like the way he said "its creative to get in to this wholething, now i have to be 10times creative to get out.." Casey will never give up. he will win this.. im inspired bro evrything youve done and learning from it at early age..
Great. "My friends buy at the top of the market, BK, buy the same property at the bottom of the market under a new corporation name." Kiyosaki is vile. How he could ever say this to students is beyond me - you like with dogs, you get fleas, Kiyosake. Start barking.
Great. "My friends BK, start a new corporation, then buy back the repo." What a frigging great guy. Let the consumers pay for it. This Kiyosaki is completely and utterly vile. You lay with dogs, you get fleas. Disgusting.
Fast forward to 23:30. Kiyosaki admits to lying on a mortage app. Ironically, this is where Casey Serin got himself into trouble and up to his eyeballs in debt.
There's nothing wrong with working for yourself or taking big chances. But listening to Kiyosaki, it seems like he encourages fraud and tax evasion. Pay attention, this is what America has come to.
