It is a response to a film Autism Speaks made last year, called I AM AUTISM. Talk about stigmatizing something.
Like a pair of socks, Autism is not some kind of 'supernatural monster' that destroys lives. It's a human condition, despised by some due to it's disfunctionality. Its a way of life for people like me. Socks are just material, garments. They aren't monsters.

@paulwady Please come to my sons school and visit the institutions I volunteer in.Yes, autism is a monster and the effects it has on children and adults make you weep. I dont understand why people dont want to help. youd think they 'd care about the people with such sad empty lives and try to make them better.Most {real}diagnosed autistics will need support 24/7, and if they didnt I could get betetr funding and a nice group home for my son by now, But the waiting list is 25 years long.
