  • I realize the camcorder is not perfect, however, there is still slightly too much piano. But other than that splendid work, young man. How old are you?

  • nice performance! im going to play this piece for solo and ensemble and im a little nervous about it, but hopefully i'll do good =)

  • creston is turning in the grawe

  • wow rly good job. im playing this for solo and ensemble this year. ive been playing since 5th grade so thas lik 5 years now so its a challenge but not impossible. but i think its gonna give me carpel tunnel.

  • I can't enjoy this because of the acoustics of the room. It's the attack of the never-ending reverb.

...watch out for you high register. It sounds like you tense up when you go into palm key stuff.

  • I enjoyed it..! very nice.

  • vAlla mierda......como los de BUÑOL ninguo ehh pedro

  • Your tone and vibrato is very nice to my ears. Nice expression! I'd say the same as a fellow poster, watch the intonation up high. I find this odd, it sounded like you went flat whereas most players bite and go sharp! But either way, superb performance!

  • well prepared piece! Some of the high notes were just a little pitchy at times. I like the length of your notes in the first couple of phrases...ppl tend to shorten those. In the phrase before the repeated high f's, the sixteenth notes should feel like a pick up prior to those high f's. yeah, that high f# and g are definately boogers to get out cleanly at times. But overall, very enjoyable performance, I'm preparing this song to play again this upcoming semester.

  • Creston Sonata is fucking hell. Good job on this. I'm still trying to learn Tableaux de Provence before moving up to this one. I have the sheet music for it, but God, I can't jump straight to a 7.

  • Nice work.

  • This is about the tempo i am at. This is very nice work.

  • This is 120... I guess we agree after all. Nice work Mike.

  • This is a Sax AND piano sonata, they're supposed to be equal, no one should louder or softer than the ohter. Good playing on both.

  • Piano is not too loud!

  • nice job. piano = overpowering. did a better job than i did at solo and ensemble (i got a 1 but still messed up a bunch . . . but i was able to get the high g out :)

  • piano is TOO loud!!

  • overall nice job

but I would work on the intonation of the high notes with tuner and the piano is much to loud

  • thanks! i think part of the balance problem comes from the video recorder used to tape this. it was a simple camcorder, nothing *professional* about it. thanks for the feedback!
