Jodie is truly an inspiration to me, she was my favourite when she was on I'd do anything and I voted for her every night. She has gone on to prove everyone who doubted her that she was the best lady for the job of Nancy. ! xx
I got to meet her after the show on Friday 10th April. I waited with all the others for her autograph and when I got it I then asked for a birthday kiss and hug. She was fabulous in Oliver and is so talented but down to earth. She made my 34th birthday very special :) xxx
i saw this last night and wiated for her too.. she is very lovely.. but i acnt believe she has lost so much weight since id do anything.. she is gorgeous.. but i dont think she needs to loose naymore!
its not the fact that she's not skinny that makes her a 'real woman' its the fact that she's comfortable in her own body. im a non identical twin and my body type is like jodie but my sisters is like keira knightly. she eats tons of food in a vain attempt to put on weight coz peeps are always callin her anorexic but she is never able to put any on. Women who are COMFORTABLE in themselves curvey or otherwise are real women.
thanks. i just think the way the media treats women is appalling. its like when a man is successful he's cool no matter what but if a woman is successful they want to bring her down by sayin shes too fat or too thin. if the media didn't do this no one wud care half as much about there image and wew wud all probs b a lot happier!
Again, so true! I couldn't have said it better myself. I think there IS such an emphasis on woman's appearance. Women "have" to look "hot", as well as beautiful nowadays too. Personally, I think it is society as well as the media.
