The difference, women in america make a choice to exhibit there bodies. The BS feminist view is, they have no choice, their hands are forced by a patriarchal culture. That culture is generations dead in north America. You have to believe that women are incapable of knowing the consequences/rewards of being a model vs any other career choice. Women are intelligent logical beings free to make the choice here, in Islamic states they are not free to abandon Islam its rules on punishment of death.
So let's see if I get this right. We need experts to pass judgment on morality! People who can determine with an absolute conviction that who's right and who's wrong!
Hum! let me guess who that person might be, someone like Pope Benedict, Khomeini, or Sam Harris?!!
@mahatmastick - I think what Sam's saying is that if you accept that morality has something to do with the well-being of conscious creatures, you can then treat it like a science. Then, you can have people learn and study morality and the various ways its been applied, and its effects on persons and societies, and come up with suggestions on various issues on what the best course of action is. Morality will essentially be a social science. Oh, the Pope and Khomeini would fail such a course!
