Ummm..... When they see the body plummet to the ground, the head falls without anymore support from the neck, and they drop the weapon. :)

@stannard6 - no people just go down when they want to. sometimes gear is not working properly so you "take a hit". Sometimes you are tired...ammo out. ect.
