  • i have been there, GREAT!

  • I propose my wife here ,wonderfull moment ...

  • I believe that the first European to discover these falls, David Livingstone, said "Scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight". A man of science and God both, I believe he would have agreed this was an example of both at their best. :) And another man, upon seeing this, would likely say... "It's a DOUBLE RAINBOW.... a DOUBLE RAINBOW... oh my Goooood..." :P

  • @coroloro Thanks, Coroloro. Best. Comment. Ever. :)

  • @coroloro im related to David Livingstone he is my great great great grandfather.

  • Fantastic!

  • @VictoriaFalls24 Thanks!

  • Large & Beautiful.

  • we just came back from a visit and there is so much water going over the falls that you could hardly see a thing from the spray. The bridge and lookout point across the bridge were like standing in a tropical downpour LOL! Sometimes, less is more.

  • @k1ng401 I've never been there when it is that wet and wild, but doubtful my camera would have survived that action. Thanks for your comment.

  • @Playomatic haha I see from your other comments that you would like to see it again when it is wetter and I would like to see it again when it is drier. :) Such a long way from Australia though, but since I have family in Botswana, it's not impossible that I'll get my wish. Wouldn't it be great to be able to visit in multiple times in one year to really capture it's different moods? :)

  • @k1ng401 Yes, I agree. It's a sight worth seeing again and again in its many different "looks."

  • double rainbow!

  • @kvebmedia Ha ha. Yes, maybe even triple rainbow!

  • This is just a small taste of the beauty of Yahuwah's creations.

  • @jtw886 Amen!

  • when God created the world he sat back and said,it is good!

    Genesis 1:31!

  • @mell8519 Yes, preach it! :)

  • I remember been on the bridge that connects Zambia and Zimbabwe and I was sooo scared when i was 6 years old and all i saw was some crazy white people jumping off some platform... no racial.

  • Anyone is welcome to try and convince me otherwise, but it's things like this that help me believe there is a God.

  • @Sociopathics And why not. It's beautiful.

  • @Sociopathics totally agreed

  • @Sociopathics Or maybe hundreds of thousands of years of erosive cycles under unlikely circumstances, thanks to SCIENCE! Whatever you want to believe, I guess...

  • @yesimstuntdude I never said there wasn't a scientific reason behind it, sensitive. Feel smart yet?

  • @Sociopathics I never said your precious god wasn't behind it all, sensitive. Sorry I spoke.

  • @yesimstuntdude A snarky comment like yours was obviously a jab at personal beliefs of other people, no matter how much passive-aggressiveness it was soaked in.

  • @Sociopathics It took you over a month to reply? And yes, finally you got something right.

  • @yesimstuntdude I haven't checked replies in a while, is that a crime? And by the way, your last two comments are kind of contradictory to each other regarding your position in this little "debate". Get your mind right.

  • @Sociopathics Nope, it's just that necro-bumping old arguments is kind of frowned upon on the internet. And they were not contradictory, I don't see how you think they are. Get your mind right.

  • @yesimstuntdude Maybe if you hang out on the Chans, but it's free game out here. And you might want to look at your previous comments from an objective point of view and get back to me.

  • @Sociopathics Like I said, necro-bumping is kind of frowned upon on the internet. I'm not sure how many times I'm going to have to repeat that for you. Also, I read through them again, at your request, and still nothing I said has magically changed around and become contradictory. Sorry.

  • whos keen on diving off it

  • This is the reason to believe there is a God!

  • ya i saw it during winter, (summer in america) but the water wasn't this low. Also there was mist and rainbows everywhere. My cousins tell me during the raining season the water is so much higher

  • This is so low, nice to view like this but on full throttle is another story.

  • @OneBigRetard I really should go back during the wet and wild season!

  • @Playomatic

You should indeed. I went one April and we were soaking from over a mile away. You didn't get to see much but the sheer ferocity of the sound and mist was an amazing experience on its own.

  • @Playomatic Just remember, in the wet season, because of the volume of water, you don't see the falls because of the spray. Low water is better to at least see them.

  • you guys you should go when its fuul its much beautful when the river is full.

  • @alfordmpofu I keep hearing that. I'm sorry I missed it when it was full.

  • no wonder y westerners invaded Africa

  • Thank you for the video and the guitar instrumental in the background is perfect. Watching the falls with the solo in the background is magical. Thankyou for posting.

  • @musicsake Thanks, Musicsake. I appreciate that endorsement and Dave will be pleased to hear that about the music. Obviously I thought they went well together or I would not have put them together--so thanks for your appreciation. And good ear! :)

  • @Krantz2389 I agree. I'd really like to see Angel Falls, too. It's on my list of awesome waterfalls to see before I die. Victoria Falls is definitely on my list of favorite places and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

  • Nice video but not the music . The sound of the water falling was much pleasent then the music .

  • Davee~Thank you. O this is MOST beautiful.

  • Zimbabwe for life! love my country!!

  • Amazing ¡thank's god!

  • I am doing a huge project on Zimbabwe.Even the pictures are AMAZING!! I want to go there one day.

  • I hope you get your chance to go MindFreak1through12. You won't regret being there that's for sure.

  • Stunning! Thanks for uploading - it brings back only GREAT memories. The overwhelming experience when there is unique.

  • It certainly is. Thanks Natforgood, I'm glad our video could aid you bringing back those great memories.

  • I was there in 2005. For me Vic Falls are one of the greatest places in the World. Thanks for upload

  • I completely agree. It's just one of those clearly great places on Planet Earth. I think Africa must have many of those and I'd like to see more of them.

  • this is my home i am so proud that i come from zimbabwe

  • Thanks for the video. Went there years ago, but didn't have a video camera. What a great sight!

  • Thanks. I'm glad we were able to bring back some good memories. It's a gorgeous place.

  • Its like a longer, skinier more tropical Niagra falls

  • In this video, yes it is but I lived in Zambia as a child in the 70s and when we went, there was a huge amount of water thundering over the top the whole length of the falls. It is quite sad to see that there isn't nearly as much water but then, perhaps this was filmed during the 'dry season' and not the 'rainy season'.

  • It's beautiful. too bad there is a genocide taking place in Africa.

  • there's no genocide taking place in zambia

  • victoria falls is in zimbabwe nt zambia

  • The falls are actually in both countries. On one side you have Zambia and on the other Zimbabwe. Incidentally, both used to be one country and it was called Rhodesia. Zambia was in North Rhodesia and Zimbabwe was in South Rhodesia. Both got their independence from Britain with firstly, Zambia which became a republic in October 1964. It took much longer for Zimbabwe as that didn't gain independence until April 1980.

  • there no genocide in Mlai, senegal, zambia etc..

  • wow thats amezing!!!!!!!! i realey wan't to go there (L)

  • You should!

  • wow this is taller and wider than niagara falls but i prefer niagara <3

  • it's much taller and much wider, and this is the dry season. I think this must be pretty amazing during the wet season! Thanks for your comment.

  • well yeah god made many nice and wondrefull things

  • The most amazing place I've ever been to.

  • I really want to go.

  • Go! You must. It's worth the effort.

  • I would but Zimbabwe is War broken and flights are expensive. But that won't stop me from wanting to go.

  • flights are expensive, but look into seeing this from Zambia. That's where most of this footage was shot from: the Zambian side.

  • Maybe I will go into Zimbabwe a little. But Zambia The Most.

  • Nicely done! Uh, the video that is! :)

I give all the credit to GOD for His beautiful creation!

  • Amen

  • That's really nice well done!

  • Thanks. We can't take any credit for the waterfall, of course, which is the best special effect in this video. Nevertheless, we appreciate your compliment a lot.

  • Beautiful!! 5*

  • looks so wierd after looking at Niagra Falls

  • Oh. How so?

  • Niagra Falls is just one big giant rush of water all at once, this is wayy smaller and scattered about the cliffs.

  • Well, Niagra falls has more water, but is a smaller water fall. Victoria Falls is way bigger and during the wet season has plenty of water. Notice how small the trees are at the top of the canyon. This is like the Grand Canyon plus water!

  • Thanks for giving me the opportunity to have this video among my channel`s favourites.

  • Thank you for favouriting our video. We are grateful to you, Mikilavush.

  • шедевр

  • kool! its beautiful i wish i could live there 4 ever it would be cool.

  • You'd get pretty wet. :)

  • haha!! yeah i didnt thought about that

  • Yes! This is the dry season. Can you imagine seeing this fall when it's really roaring?

  • see u soon . AMAZING

  • I am from Guyana and I wrote a poem about the majestic Kaieteur falls but I also feel compeled to write a poem dedicated to Victoria falls.

Loved this Playomatic! It is different from Kaieteur...where Kaieteur roars like thundering skies, Victoria is the like the enchantress, simply irrestible! If I were a Zambian, I would be happy viewing this vid!

  • Im Zambian,n trust me its better when u see it live

  • Thanks, WaryRox.

  • It is beautiful! Wonderful! Love it and...thanks!

You might also want to check out Kaieteur falls in Guyana, South America, right here on Youtube.

  • Yes! That is one I'd like to visit someday!

  • this place is AMAZING! :)

  • only one word that can describe this water fall.

    .beautiful.

    :')

  • @AngelMeow10 Thanks. Yes, I could see how that would be true. And I would want to keep the spray off of my camera lens! Thanks for the advice.

  • it is sooo beautifull !!!!!!!!! you could see the rainbow too going across .

  • this place seems to be a serene and natural place that makes me want to embrace nature in a way i dont usually do with many beautiful places in the word and hope other's feel that way as well

  • Go for it!

  • home sweet home...i'm from Zambia we used to go to the falls every year as a holiday. Its THE MOST beautiful thing. They have this thing where you can go to see the falls at night...and when theres a full moon you get rainbows...at night! Its so beautiful...Zambia is the most beautiful place. Miss home so much...

  • Thanks for for your beautiful comment. I completely agree. Zambia is a very beautiful land with beautiful people. I hope to return someday and to bring my family to this wonderful land! I hope you get to return as well.

  • Comment removed

  • Beautiful!I always wanted to this place...

  • I hope you get your opportunity! It's beautiful!

  • You know, this isn't even being considered for the new list they're making?

    new7wonders com

  • Maybe because it's...

Already one of the original wonders...

  • Lol, open mouth insert foot.

  • Ha ha, that's alright, I actually didn't know it was a wonder until I looked it up, so, I probably would've thought the same thing!

  • Thanks Playomatic, It brings back memories of my visit there in 2007...

  • Oh, exciting. I'm glad you had a chance to go!

  • brings back memories...some one told me that they may be re-doing the wonders of the world and Vic falls may not be included :(

  • That's crazy! Thanks for letting me know.

  • I want to go back one day. I was born one hour away from them and I don't remember them..I feel like i have let down my home land..

  • I doubt that very much (that you have let them down) but I do hope you get a chance to visit someday!

  • Yes, this place is most impressive. Breath taking really. Thanks for your encouraging comment.

  • Thanks for that comment. It is awe-inspiring indeed. You said it!

  • bellissimoooooooo

  • Hahahaha so im supposed to be impressed by water .Iv got a tap full of water

  • hustla2000. Before you make any comments why dont you samoans learn how to play rugby first then you can talk all you want about your 'tap full of water'.......

  • bohoooo, im from johhanesburg

  • And people keep saying there is no god. lol wow. That's outlandish!

  • shut up

  • you shut up this is a clear representation of god. of his beauty. praise the lord. dont follow religion. live spiritually. and fuck ur woman right on top of victoria falls. live life to the fullest.

  • how much would it cost in total to take a 7 day trip to victoria falls from america including hotel accomodation?

  • what else is there to do in zimbabwe other than victoria falls?

  • I was in Zambia, not Zimbabwe, so I can't say about Zimbabwe. There are definitely places of interest. You may want to check out Chobe National Park, or visit our safari video, which was shot in the area. Also a Zambezi River cruise!

  • ive been to milford sound NZ and niagra falls but this place looks million times better, want to go deffo

  • Well, this place is one of the natural wonders of the world so I really hope it's better than Niagra Falls! I hope you get your chance to go, it's awesome.

  • what da madafoka victoria give her name to africa fall, africa wake up change this name,

rodesia change name, why not this fall

i feel pain to call it da bitch name

  • just type JOG FALLS and search for the videos....JOG FALLS is situated in INDIA in the State of Karnataka...its an amazing waterfall

  • a video doesnt do vic falls any justice!!

  • Ha ha! True enough.

  • Taking on the same trip is our Safari video shot in the same area. If this doesn't push you over edge to want to go, I don't know what well! But do go. It's a great place to visit.

  • Thanks, Kandy. You really must go. That whole area is a wonderful place to visit.

  • Thank you very much for your video... I'm a care provider for a 95 year old man who was just so happy to be reminded of a vacation he took in 1961...

  • this is my beloved country people... you feel me

  • And I thought Niagra was amazing when I went there..this is way bigger..looks alot calmer though..but thats cool

  • I want to go here with my lover

  • I hope you get your chance. It's worth the trip.

  • impressive...I saw a rainbow there...so relaxing and the music what u chose is amazing...fit for meditation

  • Thanks. David James Stuart's music is awesome. You can goggle his name and follow the links to free music and information about his work.

  • wow, your most viewed video :D it's so pretty, let's go there!

  • I hope you get to go!

  • Great video of "Smoke that Thunders",I've been there both in rainy and dry season, and in rainy season you can't see the falls well, because of too much water spray, just the roar of tremendous waterfall! I've also seen Niagara, but if you compare with Victoria it's peanuts, the height of water fall is only 1/2 or 1/3 of Victoria.

  • Thanks for your encouraging comment on our video. I couldn't agree more. Niagra Falls is nice, but it's only an appetizer to this meal of a waterfall.

  • Wow Victoria Falls dwarfs Niagara Falls!

    A beautiful African natural treasure..

    Thanks for sharing!

  • And thanks for your comment. It is one of the most impressive waterfalls on the planet and the only one considered one of the natural wonders of the world.

  • This was flimed during the dry season...i was there early summer and there was alot more water and noise and mist...its unreal when you see it for the first time with your own eyes...everyone should go!!!

  • You're right, I can't imagine more water and how to keep your camera dry! But it happens in the rainy season.

  • Awesome video!

  • O.o illegal tour guides?

  • From Wikipedia: The Victoria Falls or Mosi-oa-Tunya (the Smoke that Thunders) is a waterfall situated in southern Africa __between the countries of Zambia and Zimbabwe.__ The falls are, by some measures, the largest waterfall in the world, as well as being among the most unusual in form, and having arguably the most diverse and easily seen wildlife of any major waterfall site.

  • wow..it's amazing i love canada

  • I love Canada, too. You do know this waterfall is in Zambia, Africa, right?

  • its in zimbabwe dude

  • True. It's in Zambia and Zimbabwe. It's on the border. This video was shot in Zambia looking in the direction of Zimbabwe. I regret it has little to do with Romania or Canada.

  • cool man...if you could search for '5thxs' on youtube and leave a comment...thanx

  • OhMyGosh im sick of people saying Vic Falls is in Zambia

    IT AINT!!!

Just coz Zimbabwe is goin thru sum shit ryt now doesn't mean people can steal our country's pride!!!!

  • True enough, technically Vic Falls is in Zimbabwe. Yet, this video was shot while standing in Zambia. Why? Because it's in the border between two countries, right?

I have no intentions of stealing Zimbabwe's pride. I just shot video.

  • The locals call it Zim Zam!!!

  • its very beautifull nicoleta romania my mother

  • great footage...you must have been on the zimbabwe side. a much better view than the zambian side - more rainbows.

  • Actually, this is shot entirely from the Zambian side.

  • Beautiful.

  • sooo BEAUTIFUL!!! :')
