I used my Miniworks a lot that day. I used it at the bottom to make sure I have enough for the top. I used it at the spring when I was completly out of water filled up 5 liters, then some people asked me if i could fill up their canteens. Then on the way down I filled all mine up again. Think your wrong about the Bears I saw moose crap all over the place though. Ive herd that expression a lot thats why I carry my filter, dont want to risk getting giardia.
Well I have a lot more trips like this and a lot of bigger mountains coming up over the summer. Mt Katahdin, Mt Jefferson, maby Mt Washington just to name a few.
