its as you probably already know just toxins excreted under the skin,so the main thing is to clean up the liver and the blood.Working on your anger and lower feelings also helps,as they are related to the liver according to the Chinese
You need to clean up your blood dude.LG cleanse is great, but hit the greens hard is even better-juice and eat as much as green leafs as you can take! Dandelion,rocket,spinach-whateve you can put your hands on,daily-youll se results in a week! If you can stay only on these for a while and some raw fruits-it will be great.Or a longer juice fast with some water fasts in between-7 days and longer(water fast)-youll forget about the psoriasis!
Okay, don't try oil pulling again, try coconut oil topically! If you put it directly on your problem areas, I'm sure you'll see immediate and positive results! Google the Coconut Research Center and Health Clinic Coconut Oil. Coconutty blessings to you!
Vitamin D is possibly the best treatment for psoriasis, but you need to take VERY high doses for it to work. Ultimately the goal is to get your blood 25(OH)D level around 90-100 ng/ml. If you do this, the psoriasis will go away.
Raw honey, and natural oils like shea butter have natural antibiotic qualities. Its worth a shot, works great on my skin issues. Just my two scents - I wish you the best. Oil pulling didn't work for me either.

Have you heard about Gerson Therapy? This and some cardioworkouts have given me unexpected healing of my skin disorder. I was born with it, its like permanent psoriasis on 35% of my body. I tried everything, spending about 25-30K over the course of my lifetime trying everything, laser treaments, abrasions, lotions, pres. drugs, EVERYTHING. I used Gerson Therapy to eliminate my Diabetes & noticed my skin disorder acted up. After 3 months it has regressed to 25% of my body. You should try it.
My sisters CURED two nieces with coconut oil. One was done taking a tsp a day,,her case was an extreme case, The other was done topically and hers was bad too but not as bad. Either one of them were WAY worse that yours, It took a few months and they both used Tropical Traditions organic cold pressed. There are a few types but this is the most expensive :/
YOU NEED TO BUY Coconut oil (Nutiva) is what I use. It MUST be UNREFINED!! If you take a tablespoon of this every 1-3 days in your diet your psoriosis should get better!!! Goto google and look up EARTH CLINIC and COCONUT OIL

try to use garlic and lemon, because my friend had phrosis on her hand, and she told me to rub the garlic on the area that is affected on it, and she told me it is gone. Really i tired today, and it burned, and the lemon helps it burn more, if you want to, just try it...
Stay away from the chemicals. You can't poison yourself well. Oil pulling is a good thing. Try coconut oil. Read Bruce Fife's book on it. Coconut oil breaks down to become antimicrobial where the other oils don't. You should also take 3 TBS of coconut oil daily. Try to go more raw if you can and less prepackaged. Preservatives can cause alot of problems. And last but not least, get some food grade diatomaceous earth. This will help pull toxins out of you system.
Hi, My mother also has psoriasis, and hers got a lot better, almost 100% gone (hardly noticeable) with Medical Marijuana. It was worse than yours, and unlike pharmaceutical crap, the side effects are pretty nice! lol ;)
Hallo Matt, Psoriasis is a serious condition. You should try to go to the Dead Sea in Israel, there are clinics where you could get a wonderful treatment... read this article in Google: El Mar Muerto y la Psoriasis. Greetings,
Hope you got the psoriasis sorted out buddy. Personally I think oil pulling is only useful for oral health not all that "drawing out toxins" pseudo science the new age types babble about.
Stay away from those liver cleanses though! The "stones" are actually created by the combination of juice, oil and salts. You could do it forever and those stones would keep coming out because you are creating them anyone who has studied coagulation in chemistry will tell you this :-)
@toona Like many other nightshades, tomato leaves and stems contain atropine and other tropane alkaloids that are toxic if ingested. Ripened fruit does not contain these compounds
I had scalp and above upper lip psoriasis, it doesnt matter if its exema, psoriasis or other autoimmune disorder.the mechanism is same, white bloodcells cant extract heavy metals(arsenic, lead etc) so it kinda self destuct in healthy cells.hence the autoimmune.

IT ALSO BRINGS LESIONS FROM CANDIDA & PSORIASIS UNDER CONTROL; BOTH ARE FROM INTESTINAL DYSBIOSIS CAUSED BY CHRONIC CANDIDA & FUNGAL INFECTION. TRY DERMATOX; IT'S A SOOTHING HELP! TAKE LOTS OF PROBIOTICS TO HEAL GUT.
Collonics are one of the best things for skin conditions such as yours..I would highly recomment it above anything else, check out my reply in your original vid :-)
I got rid of a small, 2-year old patch of psoriasis by mixing a couple drops of MMS (Chlorine Dioxide) into skin cream, applying it every second day for about 20 days. Start with one drop, go slow, too much can burn the skin.
You're supposed to do oil pulling on an empty stomach only. Try 2T coconut oil per day (internally, the sort that solidifies at 77 degrees). Use raw honey on the lesions at night. Cover them liberally and wrap a cotton cloth over them. Be diligent and do it every day on the psoriasis.
@1010101SOS I gotta question about the oil pulling myself im thinking of starting it. Ive been having sinus problems and also a few other problems, how many times a day and how long. And do I do this for pretty much the rest of my life? Please let me know. Thank you :)
I now digest three tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil a day plus do the oil pulling three times a day as well as cook with it.My recovery from many problems has been a miricle!!

last thing: humans have been eating meat for at least 200,000 years. grains (which must be cooked or sprouted so as not to be poisonous) only entered our diet around 10,000 years ago and most have us still haven't adapted to eating them. Veganism has been around less than a hundred years, and doesn't exist in ancient societies because its not healthy in the long run, and i feel its a diet that can only be continued in a society with artificial supplements (like B12) which is NOT healthy.
Hi... I think you are being a bit stubborn and cocksure here.
Let me ask you a simple question... Imagine you suddenly woke up one day 2 million years ago, without fire, without traps etc. And your brain was erased for memories.
@neurosearch its a good question, but my answer might surprise you. I would eat whatever animals that I could catch, along with whatever vegetation I could find (which would be mostly vegetables since fruits are much more season dependent, so very little sugar). i wouldnt eat any grains, potatoes, beans, etc (cuz they are inedible and toxic without being cooked). u might freak out since i mentioned eating raw meat but despite health propoganda raw meat is still eaten today (steak tartare, sushi)
@neurosearch and raw meat wasn't nearly as dangerous back then as it is now, wild animals are much cleaner than domestically produced meat). sidenote, traps are not a human invention, chimps use them, along with other intelligent animals setting traps (killer whales, wolves). I may seem stubborn but only because im distressed about fad diets like veganism becoming more accepted due to psuedo-science, and the fact that I am more knowledgeable than most about diet and want to inform others.
I think veganism is healthy, but not right for everyone. I try not to debate about it though, because Romans 14:3 says not to judge people based on what they eat as both people are accepted at God's table. All I can say is I feel great as a vegan so I'm going to continue to eat this way.
@thatoneguyonline hey im sorry if i came across as being judgemental i seriously have no problem with someone choosing to be vegan, i mean obviously i dont think theres any moral issue with you eating up all the plants haha. i just try and spread info. actually one book i really like is "Eat Right for you Type" and he discusses how people with type A blood do well on a mostly plants diet, and my roommate was vegan and fine for two years. I'm type O blood though and i need my meat :)
another point. omega 3's., which are ESSENTIAL to your health. we get them from fish. yes its true that you can get omega3's from flax but heres the kicker. its ALA which must be converted to EPA and DHA which is already IN fish. and our body is VERY inefficient at converting it, managing only a 5% conversation rate (5% of total intake of ALA converts). not to mention, most people havent adapted the ability to convert it at ALL.
just to back up a TINY bit of what im getting at: A 1999 metastudy reported mortality ratios, where lower numbers indicated fewer deaths, for fish eaters to be .82, vegetarians to be .84, occasional meat eaters to be .84. Regular meat eaters and vegans shared the highest mortality ratio of 1.00. Dr. Weston Price in the book nutrition and physical degeneration went to numerous indigenous tribes around the world and failed to find ONE where no form of animals were ingested (meat, dairy, insects)
by the way... im sorry and im not saying this to upset you, but in my opinion (and ive been studying holistic nutrition for years) veganism is not a healthy diet. if your interested in learning why, message me and we can have a conversation about it. if youre reason is moral and not scientific thats fine, but when i see someone with a skin condition and that they're vegan i feel the need to say something.
i wonder if you have considered being tested for gluten intolerance? diet is huge and i see that you're vegan - i was vegan before i started studying nutrition and now i eat plenty of protein rich meat. the true villian in my diet was gluten, and since i cut it out... man i dont wanna go into nasty details about bowel movements and stuff, but it made WORLDS of difference. gluten and lactose intolerance are both very common, you can get tested w/o a doctor at enterolab(dot)com good luck!
I have been tested for gluten and did show a little reaction to it. I stopped eating gluten (and soy) about 2 months agao and I've lost 20 lbs so far and feel great!
u skin are pigmented u liver need attencion, meaning u need to detoxifide now., and the bestt way to do that is oil pulling and drink 8 oz of prum juice., i send u the bill later when u get well. i acept pay pal ok, also u need to cut on those hot dogs n hamburgers ,eat pleny of veggies n ejercise.. u r my patient 5000 use that # when u send me the payment after u get well ok
Man, I do not blame you one bit for giving up the oil cleanse thing. Swishing for an hour a day... Geez, there are only 24 of them to begin with, and we're supposed to devote 8 of those to sleeping. Thanks for giving it the ol' college try so that the rest of us may not have to.
Try taking 4-5 grames of a pharmaceutical grade fish oil or algae (DHA/EPA) supplement, zinc supplement. The other thing is that Apple Cider Vinegar might help kill associated bacteria. Zapper machine, or Hulda Clarke parasite cleasing/candida cleansing might help. Coconut nut oil?
I have eczema and when I have troublesome patches that flair up on my face I use Rose Salve which is like 5 bucks @ Sephora or Bath & Body Works. Also, I spray Rose Water on my face on a daily basis and notice that it helps calm my skin (avail @ Sprouts or Whole Foods).
For psoriasis avoid all dairy products (milk, cheese, butter), mayo, alcohol, pork - and major processed foods. Do you shopping at Whole Foods if you can afford it. Basically become a veggie - but treat yourself once in a while. You'll start to notice the difference slowly. Also, reduce your stress levels - this has a major effect.
Have you ever thought of taking cod-liver oil and topically applying(has to be to dry skin) coconut oil(which is anti-bacterial) to your skin? I use to have the bumps on my upper arms and nothing took them away until I started the cod-liver oil and coconut oil. I also take about 3-4 table spoons of coconut oil in my tea spread through out the day. Just a thought....
Have you tried organic extra virgin coconut oil, as a moisturizer on your skin and also to eat it, about 2 tablespoons per day in the morning, try it in your oatmeal.
I've had eczema and dry skin and I find that taking omega 3 krill oil capsules help. Doing a scrub to remove dead skin cells also helps against dry skin. I have almost no eczema now which I attribute to the omega3's, but am definitely going to try oil pulling for other health problems
@dinarx7 Exactly!!! I was going to suggest the same thing. 2 weeks is a woefully short time to look for results and the assessment is completely unfair. If you want to read positive testimonials go to 'Earth Clinic', there's LOTS of them there. Peace out!
Have you tried Turmeric for psoriasis? If you haven't give it a google. I studied it for a while for my father, he has psoriasis head to toe including. But I had to take him off of it because he refused to stop taking aspirin, which you cannot take w/ turmeric because they both thin the blood. Thus I didn't get to see results personally. But I did read lots of success stories online. -- Might be worth a go since turmeric is pretty inexpensive.
Okay, so my husband has horrible scoriasis, too and I'll tell you that we went to Palm Springs for vacation one year and it completely healed up. There's something in the water there. The healing doesn't last, but the minerals in the water are what healed his skin.
My daughter has had pretty severe eczema since she was a year old. Dr. had her on Elocon too - over 40% of her body for more than a year when she was tiny. I put my foot down when I learned about it, and have spent the last decade searching for things that will work.
Her breakouts can be minimized if she will drink 4 ounces of kombucha a day. It doesn't stop them entirely, but it's the only thing that we have found that helps. Worth a try, and a WHOLE lot more pleasant than oil pulling!
Interesting! I've been drinking 1 bottle of homemade kombucha every morning for a few weeks. I don't see much of a difference yet. Thanks for the info, though! I've been wondering if it's helped anyone.
@Webbs8 Try skin brushing,my sister has eczema and it works. She only used it for about a month. Don't brush over infected or open wounds. I can't post links here so look for the users notaditdot (on youtube) then look for skin brushing. Her technique is most effective.
that's fine. but don't tell people it doesn't work when you did not even give it a chance! why not say on your video that you did not give it chance by trying it for 2 weeks. GEEZ! WAKE UP!
My friend has whole body psoriasis and uses high doses of acidophilus to maintain it. He has never found something to make it go away, but it has made it bearable for him.
Take a moment and look into Grapefruit Seed Extract. Maybe that will help.
Sunflower oil is omega 6 oil. Also, the quality of your oil was bad (good quality of essential fatty acid oils come in dark bottles because oxygen and light oxide/damage the oil). Omega 3 oil (flax is the best) is the one that helps. You can check your omega 6 and omega 3 levels (should be 3 to 1) with blood sample. Olive oil or anything thats not omega 6 or omega 3 your body can make (non-essential). Swallow the oil...no need to keep it in your mouth. 3 table spoons per day with your meal
apple cider vinegar cured my psoriasis after 9 years on different treatments. i started with 2 tablespoons ACV in 10oz of water 3 times a day. now i do it twice a day to maintain. Organic works much better then non-organic. as a side effect i sleep through the entire night, something i had not done since college.
@thatoneguyonline I did that for a day (I took a shot of acv, not diluted) and it made me just have no hunger for a while. SO I think of it as osmething to do when Im on a diet.
They make several products from Neem. I suggest trying Neem oil on the lesions but DO NOT ingest it. They make Neem capsules from the leaves that are safe to ingest, it's just the oil that is to be used externally only.
They make capsules, soaps, shampoos and toothpastes and mouthwash. toothpaste and mouthwash rule if you get a gum infection, toothache or irritation of some sort. I know this first hand.
Neem is about the best of the bunch parasitically speaking herbal wise.
I hope that you find a natural alternative that works for you. If the oil pulling isn't for you that's okay. Keep searching for something that works for you.
OK - just wanted to say that you look 100% better since that old video on the oil pulling. So who knows. Psoriasis is very tricky. Black mud from the Dead Sea is supposedly helpful. Good luck.
You need to spit it out in the yard because the parasites are supposed to reenter the food system when they are weakened. Also, your skin looks a little better now.
I was doing a glass of warm water, 1 TBSP Bragg apple cider vinegar and 1 TBSP raw agave every morning for a while and didn't see much improvement. Maybe I'll start doing that again soon.
Please try Coconut Oil. Virgin Coconut Oil can be picked up at grocery stores. Use it topically and/or add it to your diet (you can cook with it and on toast is almost the same as butter). There are hundreds of good reasons. Check out the testimonials at coconutresearchcenter-dot-org. I use it, My GF uses it, her parents use it, my mom uses it and I keep sharing with others.
I know people who had psoriasis that cleared up once they went "high raw" with vegetables and fruits. It detoxes you and there are lots of "uncook" books, videos and groups to help you do it. Also, I would suggest chelation for heavy metals. A relatively inexpensive way to find out if you have a high level of heavy metals is a "hair mineral analysis". It was very accurate for me - I followed it up with a EDTA urine collection analysis under medical supervision.
Liver flushing and going gluten free completely cured my 90% coverage (full body) psoriasis. Also I used a chinese medicine which cleared up a flare every time.
NEEM. Check that out. It is a natural remedy used in Asia for centuries as an antifungal & antibacterial & body cleanser but only very recently in the West.
Try to get loose neem leaves to make tea to get it right through the digestive tract. You can also get cream, soap, shampoos, etc. You need to clean inside and out.
Psoriasis is caused by Staphylococcus Aureus getting through the natural skin bacterial barrier. Anything that can naturally fight that is a winner.
my advice is to try a variety of things that will help fix the root "cause" of the problem, not just get rid of the symptom (the skin lesions). try things that will help DETOX your body and blood and then supply nutrients to your cells. After years of consuming and using poisonous products and contaminated food, it takes TIME to flush out toxins and repair damage. DOn't give up, but be diligent and patient.
Thanks for the update...glad to hear you are going toward natural remedies and understand that you need to get to the root of what's wrong, not just mask symptoms. Good for you!
I hope you are taking advantage of people who work in the health food stores near you...if you find the right person, they will be priceless to you. Do you have a "People's Pharmacy" in your area? That is one place with smart, healthy people!
Oh try a raw food diet use wheatgrass

I'm type O blood though and i need my meat :)

another point. omega 3's., which are ESSENTIAL to your health. we get them from fish. yes its true that you can get omega3's from flax but heres the kicker. its ALA which must be converted to EPA and DHA which is already IN fish. and our body is VERY inefficient at converting it, managing only a 5% conversation rate (5% of total intake of ALA converts). not to mention, most people havent adapted the ability to convert it at ALL.
skyhighkyguy 1 year ago
just to back up a TINY bit of what im getting at: A 1999 metastudy reported mortality ratios, where lower numbers indicated fewer deaths, for fish eaters to be .82, vegetarians to be .84, occasional meat eaters to be .84. Regular meat eaters and vegans shared the highest mortality ratio of 1.00. Dr. Weston Price in the book nutrition and physical degeneration went to numerous indigenous tribes around the world and failed to find ONE where no form of animals were ingested (meat, dairy, insects)
skyhighkyguy 1 year ago
by the way... im sorry and im not saying this to upset you, but in my opinion (and ive been studying holistic nutrition for years) veganism is not a healthy diet. if your interested in learning why, message me and we can have a conversation about it. if youre reason is moral and not scientific thats fine, but when i see someone with a skin condition and that they're vegan i feel the need to say something.
skyhighkyguy 1 year ago
i wonder if you have considered being tested for gluten intolerance? diet is huge and i see that you're vegan - i was vegan before i started studying nutrition and now i eat plenty of protein rich meat. the true villian in my diet was gluten, and since i cut it out... man i dont wanna go into nasty details about bowel movements and stuff, but it made WORLDS of difference. gluten and lactose intolerance are both very common, you can get tested w/o a doctor at enterolab(dot)com good luck!

I have been tested for gluten and did show a little reaction to it. I stopped eating gluten (and soy) about 2 months agao and I've lost 20 lbs so far and feel great!

Best of luck with your psoriasis.

Good luck!
makeupchica79 1 year ago

Just a thought....
jayandallie5 1 year ago
Have you tried organic extra virgin coconut oil, as a moisturizer on your skin and also to eat it, about 2 tablespoons per day in the morning, try it in your oatmeal.

I've had eczema and dry skin and I find that taking omega 3 krill oil capsules help. Doing a scrub to remove dead skin cells also helps against dry skin. I have almost no eczema now which I attribute to the omega3's, but am definitely going to try oil pulling for other health problems
dromycatcher 2 years ago
you should do oil pulling at least 2 to 4 months before you judge it
dinarx7 2 years ago 16
@dinarx7 Exactly!!! I was going to suggest the same thing. 2 weeks is a woefully short time to look for results and the assessment is completely unfair. If you want to read positive testimonials go to 'Earth Clinic', there's LOTS of them there. Peace out!
TimeStrider 11 months ago
@TimeStrider I checked out the earth clinic site, and right away saw 'this'
Oil Pulling ("OP") is reported to cure: Mouth & Gum Disease; Stiff Joints; Allergies; Asthma; High Blood Sugar; Constipation; Migraines; Bronchitis; Eczema; Heart, Kidney, Lung Diseases; Leukemia; Arthritis; Meningitis; Insomnia; Menopause (hormonal issues); Cancer; AIDS; Chronic Infections; Varicose Veins; High Blood Pressure; Diabetes; Polio; Cracked Heels.
lol.
gabepinnick 3 months ago
@dinarx7 you should definitely do the oil pulling for no less than 20 years before determining if it works or not.

I have pretty bad eczema and use
Natural Vitamin E 30,000IU Oil
and it has really helped.
I had tried the apple cider vinegar and
that only burned and irritated my skin
since it is so sensitve.
I applied the oil to my areas and every
morning i take 5drops like the directions on the bottle and found it does work well.
You should try this I think you will be pleased. I got mine at the natural store but you can get it at CVS or other places too. I hope this helps you.

Webbs8 2 years ago
Interesting! I've been drinking 1 bottle of homemade kombucha every morning for a few weeks. I don't see much of a difference yet. Thanks for the info, though! I've been wondering if it's helped anyone.
thatoneguyonline 2 years ago
@Webbs8 Try skin brushing,my sister has eczema and it works. She only used it for about a month. Don't brush over infected or open wounds. I can't post links here so look for the users notaditdot (on youtube) then look for skin brushing. Her technique is most effective.
MikeCK1969 1 year ago
that's fine. but don't tell people it doesn't work when you did not even give it a chance! why not say on your video that you did not give it chance by trying it for 2 weeks. GEEZ! WAKE UP!

My friend has whole body psoriasis and uses high doses of acidophilus to maintain it. He has never found something to make it go away, but it has made it bearable for him.
Take a moment and look into Grapefruit Seed Extract. Maybe that will help.

Have you tried coconut oil? Not for oil pulling but as a topical treatment and also as a replacement for other oils that you may cook with.
Hajalin 2 years ago 12
here's the thing: the alternative medicines depend on the individuals... it may work with some, and it may not with others...
also, placebo, stress, environment, etc. come into play
oil pulling didn't work for me either... it's like cocobutter for stretch marks.. i know people for whom it worked, didn't do anything for me
thanks for the update though..
rodeo179 2 years ago
Sunflower oil is omega 6 oil. Also, the quality of your oil was bad (good quality of essential fatty acid oils come in dark bottles because oxygen and light oxide/damage the oil). Omega 3 oil (flax is the best) is the one that helps. You can check your omega 6 and omega 3 levels (should be 3 to 1) with blood sample. Olive oil or anything thats not omega 6 or omega 3 your body can make (non-essential). Swallow the oil...no need to keep it in your mouth. 3 table spoons per day with your meal
bhamel2000 2 years ago
apple cider vinegar cured my psoriasis after 9 years on different treatments. i started with 2 tablespoons ACV in 10oz of water 3 times a day. now i do it twice a day to maintain. Organic works much better then non-organic. as a side effect i sleep through the entire night, something i had not done since college.
Etrain94 2 years ago
Do you use a sweetener?
I was doing 1 tablespoon ACV and 1 tablespoon agave (I don't use honey) in a glass of water for a little while. I didn't notice anything.
Maybe I'll try it again.
thatoneguyonline 2 years ago

You need to recycle the oil - the microorganisms from your mouth make great fertilizer.

Yes, I use Nutiva coconut oil all the time. I'm thinking about using it topically more, though.

WitchyDiva 3 years ago
One of my main goals in life is to be high raw by 2010. I'll keep the chelation and hair mineral analysis in mind!

Alibambee 3 years ago
my advice is to try a variety of things that will help fix the root "cause" of the problem, not just get rid of the symptom (the skin lesions). try things that will help DETOX your body and blood and then supply nutrients to your cells. After years of consuming and using poisonous products and contaminated food, it takes TIME to flush out toxins and repair damage. DOn't give up, but be diligent and patient.
