  • Fuse- its called: Add a fuse circuit.

The companies the I found that has them are Pico($2) and Littlefuse($5-$7). The companies call them add a circuit kit! Hope this helps.

  • dam hes fast with a hammer

  • good idea on where to mount the radio, but after 37 years in cb and ham rado i learned going direct to battery is always best, it helps with motor noise just to name one. did u check ur swrs ? and you do not need over a 1.5 or 2 amp fuse, a 7 will not protect the radio.cbs r so cheaply built these days the littest volt spike or short will blow them

  • Dude wheres my fingers gone!!! arrhhhhh

  • wtf ????? Is that water bottle refilling itself????

  • exact cb i have

  • @tperson787

i had the same radio and it worked just fine even bought another one for my truck as my dad took mine to put in his, i recently switched mine out for a Cobra 29 WX NW BT because I wanted weather and Bluetooth, BT works very good btw

  • Wiring directly to the battery may be a better option

  • 01:11 LOL! the doors open that far?! i didnt know that! nice video!

  • Wow you hammer fast! =P

  • good video, not sure why you were putting water on that table saw though?

  • @punx8086 it acts as a lubricant/coolant so your metal or blade wont crack

  • @spiker84 But a table saw cuts metal and Hoses, not concrete. Your wasting that water. A poor person lost in the desert could use that! : ) I've worked in construction shops for almost 10 years and never heard of or seen someone putting water on things they were cutting with a table saw. Just a heads up Bud, Nothing is going to crack, but hey why not! Speaking of table saws I was using one today at work and the brush's on the motor decided to take a poop on me, scared the heck out of me!

  • @punx8086 very good point, my apologies

  • Holy shit, how do you swing that fast? I think something is wrong with my hammer

  • i bought the radio you had and it was the worst radio i ever had i would recomend a cobra 29 of a general lee 10 meter

  • wicked hammer skills at 0:51-0:57

  • Do you have any trouble with engine noise?

  • i love the fast hammer XD i mounted mine non the underside of the dash on my durango.

  • Alright man, ive checked pep boys and looked online and i cant find the wore that ypu plug into the fuse box. Any help you can give me would be great.

  • @drfelgood5 That fuse cable could be a 'fuse tap'.Though i could be wrong.

    Google fuse tap.

  • nice jeep

  • You should see it now put almost 3 grand into it 35in tires, lift kit, new bumpers front and rear winch and more to come

  • hammering when sped up is hilarious

  • my fuse box line wont stay in to any of my fuse box ports....Any suggestions. Fits in but wnt stay

  • Weird question but where do you live?

In the beginning and through out it sounds like Mass birds in the background. I can completely picture walking out into my yard and hearing the exact same chirp. Good video too!

  • What is the name of the fuse box line?

What is the keyword for me to search for one?

  • Nice Jackhammer Hands WOW!

  • Antenna always super impt, like a Wilson 1000 mag mount, will make a huge difference.

  • Nice idea, a few comments and questions. First, you are not using vise grips but a bench vise to bend your metal plates. Big difference. Do not use water as a lubricant to cut metal. Get some cutting oil. Hope you had goggles on, couldnt see in the vid. Did you use a quick release mounting bracket for the cb so you could lock it up someplace? Just things I would look for.

  • wow you hammer fast!

  • by the time you bought all the parts and cb what was the total cost

  • I bought every thing I use at pep boys go talk to someone there and they will help with any thing you need and antenna already have from a older cb that was in my house but the one i bought dosen't come with an antenna

  • Good job. On the fuse box wire, what did you do with the black wire from the cb radio. I assume you tied the red wire into this fuse box wire.

    Thanks for your response.

  • i bolted the black to the frame because it is the ground a negitive lead

  • Thanks for the speedy response jack. Did you have to buy the antenna separate? or did it come with the cobra cb

  • It came with an inline fuse never looked at it but put a 7.5 amp at the fuse box and the antenna is just a little 20 in magnetic antenna i put on the hood

  • Hey bro, did you need to install an antenna for the cb radio? like the 9 ft ones? Also, did that fuse come with the cb radio? or did you make that yourself?

  • It's a cigarette adapter which you can get at Radio Shack. I think Walmart sells one too if I remember. You plug the adapter into your vehicles cig lighter and then red to red and black to black to your CB. Viole`

  • Why didn't you just use a cigarette adapter?

  • they arent reliable plus easier to have one running 24/7

  • True. It make sense to hard wire it if you're only going to use it with 1 vehicle.

  • what do they call the cable that plug into the fuse i am trying to find one on ebay for my cb
