my dad's got a 2010 sel. its huge and heavy but still fast! only thing is theres lots of torque steer. great car though

When I look at this vehicle, I can't see how I would prefer a Chrysler 300, Toyota Avalon, or Nissan Maxima. The price is a bit too steep, but it's really a gem to me.

i really like this technology. people call it a lazy technology because of course you should look over your shoulder...but i know some drivers have been in contact with other drivers that like to drive in your blind spot. and this technology is perfect for that.

Yep. If people would properly position their mirrors, and looked behind them every once inawhile if they don't, they wouldn't need BLIS. All you have to do is position your side mirrors far enough out so that you don't see the body of your car.

RS...you fucking serious? I would love to see soccer moms ride around in one of those. Oh yeah, cause Ford should be smart enough to know all everyone wants to drive is a focus-sized car. Also the Taurus gets 0 to 60 in around 6.8 to 6.5 which is fast and beat some mid-sizers while getting mpg similar to the Accord--a bloated midsizer..
