    What's the advantage of the EDIS ignition? Did you make the trigger wheel? I guess you'd use the Ford unit as a template. How much would it cost to have one made?

  • hey dude im researching edis stuff..and i saw this vid..the bar on the bottom with red and green dots is your afr i use ms1 and your totally lean and i blasted my motor running a lean condition..im just tryin to keep you from doing what i did..

  • It does represent AFR, however you have to remember that this was under idle. Not under a load. It is tuned to 13ish to 1 while driving. I idle around 15.5 to 1.

  • I use a Innovative LC1 wideband for tunning it.

  • It is an oxygen sensor that is more acurate than the standard factory (narrow band) O2 sensors. It measures the ratio of Air to Gas or AFR that is coming out of the exhaust. This is a vital measurement when tunning and engine. A engine that is to lean (to much air, not enough gas) will detonate. This is the main cause of most catastrophic engine failures.

    i have the same setup as you except its a b20a prelude that i have turbocharged- i have the ms2v3 as well!

  • TPS is still reading 0% because the throttle was still at neutral. When the throttle is opened it will go up and change from yellow to white.

  • could you tell me what exactly megasquirt is? im thinking about swapping a zc into my 90' hatchback. i was wanting to swap a b16 or a b20 vtec but being 15 its hard to save that much money. how well does the zc take nitrous also?
