Because I was singing the original in the shower this morning (that's right, I'm that cool) and I thought "Sometimes it seems you're not with me" was in 7/8 and then back to 4/4 for "It hurts me so much". But I was probably doing it wrong. :) I don't actually have the song and I've only heard it a few times so I was just doing it from memory.
