try atg squats... still impressive for ur size and though. and the fact that ur a female makes this more impressive according to the chart, how much do u weigh? im not being sexist at all btw, im just stating that most females dont even squat this.
I'm a male, 25yo, 75kg, been training for 2,5years, however for 0,5years I've added legs seriously to my training regime, and I just pass 110kgx1 at squat. this is actually a milestone in one way or another, nicely done!
nice but i think u lift faster down than up , and its not so good , i make it with 50k 12reps :) the lifting slow down, and going down to the end , then back :) & Better if you do 10+ reps if you want muscle :p
