hey genna thank you for making this video. everyone thought i was just doing what i do for attention and i tried to explain to them that im just really depressed cuz im going through a hard time rite now. so i found this video and showed them. and now i think they are starting to understand. so thanks again. ~Xaleece
going too the gym really helps with depression. If you have depression you have too find some self worth, try too do something you can learn quickly and easily and work your way into harder things. Going too the gym a few times a week is a really easy accomplishment, and it releases physical and mental tension.

Being in a depressed state isn't nice and I'm glad you've brought this up. A lot of people don't understand and they need to open their eyes. Great video :)
Good Vid, totally reminded me of how useless you are as a friend to someone who has depression though. With my bestie, i just rode it out, waited for her to say she was ready to be happy again. On the days where she was with me and she was bad, it was awful though... there is nothing you can say, mostly i used the patented *have-a-hug technique* who knows if it really helped her though xD ah well she is doing fine atm and fingers crossed it stays that way!
Thank you so much! I have bipolar disorder, and I very rarely experiance the high times, which means that the rest of the times I am severely depressed. What you said about noit trying to make people feel better with what used to make them happy is SO true. My mother is driving me insane by trying to make me do those things, and I have absolutely no intrest in it. Thank you for getting this out there. BTW i love your videos.
The only case where depression can go away is if you're bi-polar but sometimes that's not any better. I have a mild form of it and basically every time I have a 'down' day the next day I'll have an 'up' day. And generally the extremity of the up or down is the same as the previous days so sometimes you deliberately add on to your depression so that you can hopefully have a better up day.
