we just tried this place today and it was crazy good. the gumbo was my fave, but the crawfish ettouffee, shrimp po boy, crab cake, boudin, shrimp and crawfish stew, and shrimp creole was all ridiculous. the ONLY dissapointment is you can only get chicken fricassee on fridays.

Ate here at LEAST once a week for over 4 years. NEVER had anything bad. His red beans and rice are the best you'll ever find. I went to New Orleans looking for better, didn't find any. I LOVE his Jambalaya, and Gumbo. Used to get one of each on Wednesdays.

Never ever had Crawfish, but they look so good. Next time through Nashville I know where I am stopping. Crawfish and sausage would be "off the chain" as Guy would say.
