WCB's can do anything they want because the government gives them immunity from prosecution. This story was done two years ago and just a couple of weeks ago Ms. Ryan was in the news again chaining herself i believe to the WCB offices. I just wish she had phoned me as I woud have been right beside her. Please watch my other videos on this issue.
Workmens Comp is unfair, they lie, cheat and steal your health away. I am ashamed of Workmens Comp, while people are in great pain and have many health issues they take their time and denye everthing. Workmens Comp is not doctors so how can they give people the run around. There should be stricter laws on Workmens Comp to prevent this, they cause more damage to the persons health while they wait.

I got a letter in the mail today from the WHSCC saying sorry your denied and your physiotherapy is being cutoff, i was injured aug 18 its now oct7 , wated all this time just to find out that im not qualified and my physiotherapy which is essential for my recover is cutoff, whenever i would talk to the intake adjuticator she was very VERY rude and un compassionate on the phone , i was put threw all this for over 50 days just to hear bullshit , why pay into comp if i cant use it , fuckin shit
I sent you a letter. You should have it in your inbox. There are others in Newfoundland and Labrador willing to speak out. I am gad you did. It is the same all over Canada. As soon as they know you have a permanent disability, and you will deteriorate in health from that point on, they try to dump you. It is as I have said a thousand times before; They try to kill the individual who is disabled with pain, poverty, and stress. Sometimes they succeed. Go to 'Injured Workers all Across Canada".

Workers Compensation will do anything possible to DENY help, or benefits that IW or DW need; The WCB system is DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT,MALPRACTICE, NEGLIGENCE, CORRUPTION;
FRAUD IS PROMOTING COMPENSATION, THEN DENYING IT TO THOSE THAT NEED IT;
It's not just Canada. It's plagued the US as well. WC is corrupt and all the people working for them should be put a a deserted island and starved to death. Then maybe they would get a taste of what injured workers go through.
@husbandhurt You are right about the U.S. workers comp being corrupt. Fortunately a lawyer in the US. is taking government to court for "deliberate indifference" to the pain and suffering of WCB victims and is fighting to restore our rights. We must support him completely.
I have heard only a few days ago that they would not let anyone build her a ramp. People have offered. I will check this out further to confirm this. If she isn't getting her wheelchair ramp I will call an on air radio station and gather a group myself to help her. I will respond in a couple of days when I find out for sure if she has her ramp yet. Its time these compensation boards in Canada were put in their place. No more eugenics of the disabled through psychological and physical abuse.
This is crazy! There must be a better way than this WCB program!
