he is actually a good defender when he is motivated to play defense. once he learns to put the same energy on both ends of the floor he will be a force for years to come
he always plays against solid competition. derrick rose, eric gordon, jrue holiday, jameer nelson, loul deng,kyle lowry, hakim warrick,nolan smith,lance stephenson just to name a few. he is dominate. there's a reason they call him "too easy"
I haven't seen him play against some real solid competition, but until the college season starts then i'll see how really good of a all around player he is because I'm impressed with his skill level but he has yet to show and prove his real talent in terms of being able to dominate games.
nice replacement for rose, although he can play the point and has played it from time 2 time, he's better suited for the 2, plus with less offensive options next season memphis will probably want tyreke playing " off" the ball.

Plus Louisville does not do a good job producing pros and he should learn from O.J Mayo that a freshman can not make a program by himself so don't try to go to one of those upper east school that is not that good and try to compete in a power conference not a good look and no player is that good come on down to the M-Town

I haven't seen him play against some real solid competition, but until the college season starts then i'll see how really good of a all around player he is because I'm impressed with his skill level but he has yet to show and prove his real talent in terms of being able to dominate games.
P.S. how good is he on defense.

nice replacement for rose, although he can play the point and has played it from time 2 time, he's better suited for the 2, plus with less offensive options next season memphis will probably want tyreke playing " off" the ball.

Memphis is the only place he should go Coach Cal is the only coach that will put him in positions on the court to isolate and do his thing. His game is taylor made for Memphis. Plus Louisville does not do a good job producing pros and he should learn from O.J Mayo that a freshman can not make a program by himself so don't try to go to one of those upper east school that is not that good and try to compete in a power conference not a good look and no player is that good come on down to the M-Town
