Actually, he completely fails to explain how TM helps to create a productive work environment. He only says that TM gives him a sense of "deep peacefulness" that somehow leads to a win-win-win situation in business. How exactly that happens is anyone's guess.

Why don't we never see a 300 pound or elderly people "flying"? Because "flying" has is just an athletic exercise for young, fit people, using a lot of arm movement. It might be fun to do, but has nothing to do with spirituality, or creating world peace, as these people claim. Let's see a 300 pound man "fly" without the big arm movements.
TM is the whore of Eastern Spirituality, and llike all whores, the TM movement will tell you anything to get your money.
