You worked on the original Tiahrt Amendment - now, after a few weeks under Sen Schumer's wing, you want to misrepresent the facts of the Amendment by falsely claiming that police, while conducting legitimate police investigations, will not have access to "trace data." You have completely cashed in your "principals" in order to be elected to your seat. Do not insult the intelligence of the New York voters by feeding us lies accounting for your new-found value systems - you can not be trusted.
Yea i can see why we should close the gun show loop hole, But i have just learned you are going to bring up the Assault Weapons ban, Either this week or next week??? You know i can go down the street and for 250 i can get a so called Assault Weapon, And i can do this in many states where i have lived, The ban will not stop that. I bought mine at a Gun Store which i hunt with down in West VA. And would like to keep doing so.
