Construction companies don't care about their workers, they just want to have the job done, when digging on a trench that requires a trench box they always say hurry up, its a waste of time to use a safety trench box.... wtf? and if you refuse to do the unsafe job, they get mad at you!

I disagree with you, I am the Site Safety and Health Officer with a large GC and I can tell you sir the company I am with makes millions by NOT having accidents. My company employees 4 full time safety officers to ensure all employees go home as they arrived.

Well, I'm glad you said that. I meant to say MOST construction companies don't care. I know some companies care about their workers but most of them don't. Sorry about that, I didn't made myself clear. I'd say 3 out of 10 companies care. Sir, I would love to work for a company like yours
