Actually, this has to be from somewhere around 1993, as it references the Good News theme signature at the beginning and closes with the then-new (and WPLG-commissioned) One & Only signature, marking the station's transition between the two packages. They made that change in 1993, and I recall seeing this promo LONG before 1995.

I recorded this promo is January 1995, I believe, so it likely was running in 1994 as well. But I doubt it ran in 1993.
