good idea but not everyone has flashguns by Nikon or cannon some of us have 3rd party flashguns and some of us Dont like Nikon or cannon !

Good video. I have 2. One older style lightsphere and the collapsible. Collapsible fits on SB900 very well and I use it for weddings and events. I wouldn't be without it as it has it's own very special qualities as regards spreading the light. It's far better than the Stofen type of diffuser.

Any idea how well this works on the sb 900? I herd its a pretty tight fit

@bigky226 it's supposed to fit pretty tight so it won't come off during use and being out in the field...for some it may be a pain to get on but atleast you know it's on good

Thanks for sharing this video. I just purchased this lightsphere for my Nikon and trying to get used to it. I'm not comfortable using it out in public because it looks so weird, lol. Do you ever use the diffuser that came with your sb900 flash?

5:16 - 6:12 ... i would put the top first before i put it on the flash... your killing your camera.

thanks for the video good to see it being opened up. not sure if i am a fan of it. i checked some of his videos on youtube before and there were some serious inconsistencies (ie claiming his sphere had affected the picture yet his shutterspeed and aperture were what had actually changed) would love to see an example of it in work by a trusted photographer like yourself, not a sales man like gary
