  • Awesome!

  • pro built Olds 455 in an 87 442 I owned w / mods all the way out the back,This just reminds me of that. There's nothin like it..every thing changes..kind of like the Christine possession. The power plant that it so desperately deserves married with that body style..might be better than pussy.....sometimes ; ) nice job bud, thanks for keepin it goin !

  • I don't think I have to tell you that it does not get much sweeter than what you have there. Sounds and looks amazing.

  • About how much horsepower would you say your Cutty has?

  • should have a little over 300hp

    @jcooper1208

  • @zeusbigalo Is the torque rating about the same? I've got a 350 rocket in my 83 Cutlass as well and am trying to make up my mind if I should keep it Olds or go with a Chevy engine.

  • make a video on how to drive it with the 3 lighting rods

  • Nice car. Glad you kept it all Olds. Seen far too many "Oldsolets" out there.

  • this is with the lighting rod shifters?

  • yes , they were available only in the 1983 Hurst /Olds and the 1984 Hurst/Olds

  • Finally some body did a hurst olds some justice!!!! That 85hp 307 is gone and a sexy 350 is there and looks perfect!

  • Nice CLEAN Ride

Definately one of my Top 3 Cars of All Times

  • @PigeonToedShawdy thanks man, I try to keep it nice but also drive it the way it should be driven..

  • Beatiful man...save it, it's a rare car =)

  • how did u keep that car in such good condition?

  • @hamstermadness549 thanks man, I have had the car since 1991 and been slowly restoring/improving it since. It was painted in 1994 and still looks decent now, I keep it garaged and in the winter its covered. Also like in the karate kid movie, lots of wax on wax off hahaha

  • nice car man. what kinda parts you have in the engine?

  • Sweet ride!! Don't sell it! I see very few of these on the road anymore. If I do see one they are in crappy condition with some 90-year old guy driving one.

  • thanks man, no its not for sale as a matter of fact looking for another car to build, either a 69 Cutlass/442 or a 70 Buick GS

  • What u think about a 1980 Delta 88?

  • very nice car and very collectable

i just never like the the 307 ho that originally came with it

the 350n was a good swap choice

  • @collierauto I didn't like the 307 either, my lawn mower had more horse,I had an 87 442 with a Mondello package on a 72 olds bored 455 blk, 400 hi stll Tr. cust ex. auburn posi.cust alu. d shft, orig 373 gear, Alum 4 core,12 1/2's all day on street tires. This car here is just beautiful and given the power plant it always (sadly) lacked great to see a wrong turned into right !

  • does it have the lightning rods?

  • That's a beautiful car! Good engine choice.

  • sounds great,, what kind of headers and mufflers do u have?

  • awesome ride love the hurst olds used to have a 84 now i got an 82 355

  • BADD ASS CUTLASS !

  • any1 has videos of a 1985 FE3-X Aero?? let me know

  • those are nearly impossible to find

  • Nice Hurst guy lookin for a rocket for my 87 regal. What kind of exhaust

  • thanks, where are you located?

  • Jasper, AL

  • Nice machine, nice sound!

  • thanks man, I am updating it with a dual snorkel aircleaner assembly with ram air hoses/ducting under the bumper like an 68 442 style.

  • beautiful sounds great im getting ready to drop a 350 rocket in my 86 supreme, just wondering do u have headers on it and if so where did u get them thanks, love the workmanship by the way

  • damn that engine sounds mean

  • thanks man..it goes pretty good too.

  • beautiful car bro, i wish mine looked that good

  • It would be a completely original and badass project to put a 4.0 Northstar from an Aurora into this car. It's mountable onto a longitudinal transmission, and has loads of tuning potential; both in turbo/supercharging and N/A tuning. And instead of a throaty, low-reving pushrod engine you have the violent scream of a hi-revving DOHC while still keeping it Oldsmobile!

  • Yes that would be pretty cool but Im not that mechanicly inclined! hahahaha

  • Damn!! Your car is nice!!! The one that sold was a friends. it was a nice ride. I have an 83 H/O also that I am completely re-doing. These cars rock!

  • Thats a damn sweet '83 Hurst Olds, that 350 Rocket sounds mean dude, Had an original mint '87 442 that I regrettably sold back in Feb '06,loaded all factory options, also had a '77 Cutlass in high school with the 442 options, 350 Rocket, headers, hi po ignition, factory buckets, rallys's, got it from my folks, that car would fly, took it to many shows and won my fair share of races as well. They don't make em like this anymore. Keep er running strong man.

  • ARE U WILLING 2 SELL?

  • who cares if its got a chevy motor they perform a hundred times better then an olds even know im an olds fan Chevs where the powers at trust me i know i had ever type of olds motor there was from the 307 to the 350 rocket right to a 455 and none of them perform like my 381 general motors high performance crate motor

  • well there you go , of course the crate motor built today will have balls of fury!

  • oldsmobile, no chevy motors, its not a chevy i like. rocket power

  • Cool!! Glad ya didnt put a ch-vy in it :)!!

  • man!!!thats ah real nice toy

  • I love the engine!!! I have an 83' as well sitting in my garage with car cover over it, nice condition but have electrical problems. I absolutely love oldsmobiles and my hurst/olds is my fifth in 18 years! Keep the olds they rock !!!!

  • Thanks, where are you located? If your in Mass or close to it I have a guy that can rid you of electrical problems.

  • I live in Dedham, Ma 5 minutes off rte. 128 which is I-95....how good is this guy? What does he charge?

  • sounds nice
