the term hacker is someone who writes illeagal software or is able to find loopholes in a code or (hardware/software) theirfor hacking your psp is a hack by bypassing the sony firmware you are illeagaly putting software on it. Hacker is the one that like to learns and search for new things , Then if u use your knowledge to do bad stuff thats your problem but dosent mean that doing bad things make u a hacker.

no that is someone who is just using the illegal software. i mean the people who write it and distribute those instructions on the forum page. like me and no i don't do ip hacking or server hacking anymore i take my time to write software on different subjects or teach people to write small codes with batch files. some times i teach in c and vbs but not often i have about 200 different codes i have not published maybe one day. you just like to talk though don't you.
