We park in our driveway seeing that street parking was tight and this blocked his access to his side lawn. He refused to ask us to move our truck and became very passive aggressive. He also is a hunter and it was the police that recommend installing cameras.

In order for him to water or access his small strip of lawn he has to walk on my property, so unless he is standing on the grass next to his house he is on my property.

We have since moved from this home because of the irrational behavior of this guy and his family.

This included removing the gate that he had along with putting up a wall in the front of his house extending it to the property line, which is not allowed under the city codes here. This is not the first time that he has done remodeling without permits. I on the other hand have all the rights to park in my driveway. True they do not own an animal, but that does not give him the right to toss it on my lawn.

If the neighbour were just accessing his lawn to clean up cat poo on the edge of his property by bagging it and disposing of it (since you don't own a cat and presumably neither does he) you wouldn't care. However he's too lazy to bring a bag and drops it on your property instead so you'd like him to get lost.

Both the police and us have asked him on several occasions to let us know when access is needed so we could move our truck.
