@tysonoboyoboy - You can start tugging now. I'd suggest a Tugging method as opposed to a bi-directional mode, untl you're no longer a growing boy. Wear the retaining cone during all non-tuging hours.

Personally I have seen many kids suffer in this world as orphan and suffer untold cruelty - just because they cannot be taken care by their parents. It is better to be aborted. However circumcision, affects an individual's life.

@colonelklink: abortion is a very different issue. In any case the Born Alive Infants Protection Act 2002 (signed by Pres GWBush, with the full support of the prolife movement) rules that infants born alive have full human rights. eg security of the person. Circumcision is an anomaly.

There's lots of anecdotal evidence that circumcision hinders the establishment of breast feeding, and many studies pointing in that direction (just one bad study that got a lot of publicity - of course - pointing the other way).

But the form may be tucked into a stack of other routine forms, presented when the woman is still groggy after birth, needs only one signature (so if both parents toss coins, the kid has a 1 in 4 chance of being left alone), and parents may be browbeaten - it may take many Nos but only one Yes.
