giddamn that looked good, but the drill was too much. but next time, when you put the bacon on, make a little au jus from the bacon grease from the pan and roast pan juice and use a turkey injector. and with the bacon getting probably alot more brittle if you left them on to roast longer, break them up and top the mashed potatoes with them. u guys have much to learn.
