@beepandbop - If you have never heard of Gwar then you can't be that deep into the "metal scene." They have been around for over 25 years and they have made several TV appearances. They have even been in movies. The lead singer has also been making regular appearances on Fox News's Red Eye. Even people who don't like metal know who they are.
