one thing i'm concerned about - does yoga make u flat chested? every yogi on youtube seems to have the figure of a boy! im a big fan of yoga but at the same time i'd like to keep the curves God gave me!

Tara - the nice thing about these moves is that they are easy to do, and there are only a few of them so it's easy to emulate and incorporate into a routine while adding from your other videos. Thanks!
