I don't find ballads boring! I LOVE ballads! I just don't like the specific ballad of Poland! that melody doesn't touch me at all!

The Slovakian ballad is definately not catchy and the mixing of the voices is a little messy sometimes but it has an amazingly emotive melody and I really adore the whole mood of it!

the polish melody is like too light/bright for me I prefer darker colours! just my taste..

something like - european goth vs american soul 1-0 for me in this case!

I find that Poland sends quite boring song. Yes, the singers are good, but the songs just average and boring. Last year Poland was last in the final after jury vote helped the song pass the semifinals. So I am not surprised to see that you call nice songs boring: it seems the polish undertsanding of boring is different than the rest of the world. I don't like polish song this year and year ago, but I think it's not so bad to join to the crap 5.

Romania has always send interesting song, but this year's song is, sorry to say, very weak, it's cheappy pop.

And all that I wrote is only MY opinion, as a human, not as a Polish.
