@MuffyChan1996 All you need is a system that supports DOS. While I believe Vista still has that capability, it's advised for that system to get a program that emulates the DOS environment (DOSBox being the most popular) rather than running it natively. If you upgrade to 7, you will require DOSBox, as DOS support is removed.

Well, yes, you have to. It isn't a flash game like the ones you can play directly from your browser, but instead it it a DOS game nineteen years old.

@XxAngie16xX I had a lot of trouble with the drill as well... There are actually two fixes for it: turn the sound off the game (haven't tested, but it's said to work) and my personal favorite, use the enter key instead of mouse clicks when using the drill.

Bet that dude was pissed half of his scalp was just hanging in the breeze. But that's what he gets for passing out and falling on his head and giving himself a subdural hematoma. Unless you're drunk or suddenly pass out for some reason you're going to throw your hands out in front of you when you fall. Subdurals are caused by low-intensity blunt trauma and bleed slowly. At the hospital I used to work at, the nurses saw so many stumble-drunks with subdurals they called it DFD, "drunk fell down".

i think its a great game but there are many bugs such as the "drill-bug" where the drill keeps drilling after you released mousebutton... that happens sometimes when you habe Sound turned ON! If you turn sound off it does not appear!

Yep, the dammed drill killed a whole lot of my patients, until i learned another workaround: use the Enter key instead of the mouse to use the drill, it should stop instantly when you release it.

Well, yeah, that's basically it, if you disconsider diagnosis, cleaning and opening the scalp. The tumor and aneurysm are much harder, if you want to see other videos of L&D2.

Whenever I completed a hematoma surgery, afterwards the head doctor would always tell me "when you drilled, you missed the burr hole." And I always did it exactly as you just did...I don't get it.  Did it say that for you after you finished this surgery?
