  • where can i download it?

  • BOOM HEADSHOT

  • this was uploaded on my birthday :D

  • depends on the material now doesnt it. how would granite mined from west virginia split, versus plastic created in pittsburg, versus silicate formed in florida.

reference and knowledge is the basis for all sims. this sim is based on a very specific plastic.

  • @frefll its probly a very spesific plastic, but i bet the piece would be hollow, and no plastc actualy breakes that way, it looks like ceramic, plastic bends and snaps, and the peaces would deform, cause plastic is pliable, if the plastic was frozen it might break like this,... take a fooze ball game and break a piece while filming it with a high speed camera.

  • too many fragments :D

  • this is why you dont play table soccer with hulk

  • is they a tutorial on how to shatter like this. link pllz

  • hey stubbsy, the shatter looks like voronoi cells. If you look around, there are free scripts available for most 3d packages that will break a mesh into volumetric voronoi cells for you. You then just need to add the newly fractured pieces as rigid bodies to a physics simulation

  • hey check out my videos their in slow motion also

  • wouldnt it spin around, the football man rotate.

  • Boom. Headshot.

  • i know someone who deserve that :-?

  • rayfire for maya? or max ...?

  • maya with a plugin called Nima

  • Neat! Good job! looking forward to see the film

  • there a plugin called RayFire for 3ds max and it does the same and with rayfire you could even make bullet holes and sparks.

  • whats is NIMA......:S

  • Very VERY nice!

  • hey that's cool, is it PFlow?? or a Fracture??? (i don't know if Maya uses the same names as 3Dmax

  • could i get a link to some script or tutorial explaining how to acheive that shatter?

  • is there a shatter volume plugin for 3ds max?

  • Oh that's cool (:

  • Thanks!!! It was modeled in a 3D package called Maya and shattered in Maya. It was simulated with Nima. It will be done within a month we think!

  • wow dude how did u make that thats sooooo cool
