Solo on Crutches - SOLSTROM (Cirque du Soleil)

Did anyone notice the skateboard glitches? At 1:42, it's knocked down from the right of the door. At 1:46, it stands once again. At 1:55, it's back on the floor. BUT... at 2:16, when the door has just been opened, the man on the crutches grabs it from its standing position next to the door. Unlike "live" it appears several takes were done with the best shots of each spliced together.

i begged them to make the room bigger. dancing in that room was near impossible as every move had to be stunted to fit.

The Varekai routines in Aus were different to the ones everywhere else. The crutch routine in Aus was better than any of the ones on youtube as well... He was doing full circles and press to handstand on the crutches they hand out in hospitals, you know, the forearm ones? If anyone knows the Aus guy's name, message me with it. Beautiful to watch.

go to derginfliesdotcom. he is the dancer on what are called singlepoint forearm crutches. he is the best dancer i have seen on those crutches. serch youtube for rjd2 bill shannon for a crutch solo that is better than this.

I think his name was Vladimir Ignatenkov, not entirely sure. He did do it at one stage though. Hope this helps
