To get the best sword in the game just enchant it with 9 fire, frost and lightning damage then put the resistance of fire, frost and lightning 100% then put soul trap to ten, you need a grand soul gem. Then just add your own features! Its one shot kill. Thumbs up so everyone can see, I found this out myself.

wanna be op? Get descruction to 100, dupe plus 50 magica siglil stone, CE about 100 rings, have 5000 magika. cast spells that do 100 fire, frost and shock damage a second. for like 4 secnods one hit everything.
