You're doing pretty well for "not a gamer." I'm one of those sickos that beat MegaMan 3 for NES - I'd suggest starting at MM2~MM3 if you really want to get good at this kind of game.

I'm with you on games being hard with a keyboard. since im used to buttons and the right and directions on the left, my reactions all fuzed up, Parallels is pretty good it's for 80 dollars currently (they cheapened it for a bit) so thats a good 40 bucks to save,
