  • This is a great concept but the thing that gets me the most is the time it takes to change stations. I would go crazy waiting 10 seconds for the stations to change.

  • The title of your video says the Apple TV is playing 1080i, but even the Apple TV2 only outputs 720p.

  • If your using a Apple TV 1st generation. I hacked/tweaked my Apple TV 1 to run XBMC & Boxee also. All you all have to do is do a search for ( ATVFlash ) in google search engine & there website will come up. But you have to purchase the software that fits on a usb thumb drive. There is a way to do it for free but it takes to much to do & time. I rather buy ATVFlash & make the whole process easier. Good Luck!

  • I can play live tv because I have a HDHomeRun device that pulls the Live TV over antenna or cable (DTV only) and outputs the video onto my network. The XBMC app on my AppleTV simply "tunes" into the network stream, but it can also change channels by telling the HDHomeRun to tune to another channel that it knows about.

  • how come you can play live tv on your tv mate help me please !!!

  • is there a guide 2 install the software/drivers? i have it here and i want it in my mac mini.
