Excellent point. Police brutality is a very serious problem indeed. The occupy movement is showing that the streets are already occupied by a brutal police force heavily armed.

As an organizer/member of occupy San Diego I must admit that these people brought this action down on themselves. We were given a weeks notice to remove our tents. They were even going to let us put them back up after the event that was scheduled concluded.

Then people began anti police protests, chants and signs when the police were already bending over backward to accommodate us. The police retracted their offer to let us put tents back up when that began.

What you see here is the result....

I was right there when this was happening. I still haven't seen the video when Daniel was arrested, (the two police officers twisted his arms up, while Daniel didn't walk , these two police officers dragged him on his knees by twisting his arms on his back. all this time Daniel had his hands binded on his back. Daniel is a peaceful protester. He was not agressive nor resisted the arrest. does anybody have this video?

Vote me up so everyone knows his name: Officer levinson #4567, I seen him in 2 different videos and a picture of him pepper spraying people for no reason.....CALL SDPD and complain

@8raw8 I've called SDPD to complain about an incident before and the guy who answered laughed. He said "you do realize that you're calling the SDPD too complain about the SDPD don't you" I said I wanted to place my complaint anyway. The next day the officer I complained about (Sgt. Nightingly) was parked outside my door and when I walked to my car he pointed his fingers at me like he was shooting a gun. I saw him once more and called to withdraw my complaint, I never saw him again.
