Mystro stinks!!!Menu is missing all the advantages the old menu had,such as clicking on current show and seeing instantly all future showings, or searching for a favorite actor or actress,by name,and seeing what shows they are in that week,details of the show you are watching are sorely limited in the info button( major actors starring in show),wakeup alarm cannot be programmed for the week,only daily...plus many more that we no longer have...please bring back the old (PowerTV?) menu TWC!!!
you are the worst, you have no picture... and the first thing you do is calling 888twcable... and when we ask if the tv is on... you say: "oh1 you are right... it was off... thank you!" so... come on ! what do you want? you have the service you deserve!!!
I think you should go out to the local division and get a new box. The newer boxes run Mystro much much better. Also there are also next generation DVR's that have multi room capabilities. You can watch recorded shows on another MoCA equipped cable box. The next gen boxes might just have moca to communicate to the new multi room DVR's.
My box doesn't show the blue and silver thingy until after the video from the current channel goes away. Plus it only takes like a second or two to change channels. I guess my Explorer 2000 they gave me is one of their newer boxes. It said it was made in Feb. of 1999. I can't wait for their start over thing...my friend saw a commercial for it awhile back.
Time warner cable sucks I been waiting 2 motnhs for them to come fix my cable!!!! They came twice and fixed it wrong, drilled a gigantic hole right in the middle of my wall!! I hate these bastards! And did I mention the horrible customer service!!

how weird, I just now at 2am, getting mystro. all of a sudden my tv clicked and the mystro logo came on. well it seems to be working pretty good.
