First of all in order to cooperate with police you have to put your hands on the hood of the car, did you see him lift his left index finger? If you zoom in you can see him lift his finger, that is a HUGE MISTAKE. And as for the tasing? He is damn lucky he didn't get shot for such a critical error, you just can't provoke police like that because it's against the law. Some people get shot 20-45 times for mistakes like this. Nevermind the fact each magazine holds approximately 9 rounds.

First of all in order to cooperate with police you have to put your hands on the hood of the car, did you see him lift his left index finger? If you zoom in you can see him lift his finger, that is a HUGE MISTAKE. And as for the tasing? He is damn lucky he didn't get shot for such a critical error, you just can't provoke police like that because it's against the law. Some people get shot 20-45 times for mistakes like this. Nevermind the fact each magazine holds approximately 9 rounds.
