I remember when I was a little girl, watching the woman making this struedel and all other kind of goodies (like roast lamb) and all sort of pasteries!! This was a wonderful day for celebrating with friends and family. All the foods take a long time to prepare and it is well worth the wait !!!! I missed this years celebration, because I was not in town. I will make sure I am there for next years festival (2012)!
